Sun Rays 103.1 FM Goes Live in Korinya City

December 22, 2019 brought moments of joy to Korinya City and its neighbours as Sun Rays 103.1 FM went on air live.

As residents of Korinya City were putting final touches to Christmas celebrations, the airwaves were suddenly taken over by clean crystal clear sounds of , the first Radio Station in Konshisha Local Government Area.
Few minutes later, we received text messages from locations as far as Wukari in Taraba State and Uyo in Akwa Ibom State.

In Korinya and parts of Benue including Ikyogen and Aliade, it was a mixture of shock and joy, people never believed something as good as Sun Rays 103.1 FM Korinya City would come to them that easily.


With world class equipment and personnel, Sun Rays 103.1 FM Korinya City is here to bring home what was seemingly far, and take to the world the rich Tiv cultural heritage and values.
